The future Food Science and Technology Park project is located in the north of Food Garden Avenue, Baima Town, with a total construction area of about 60,000 square meters, to create a scientific research and production carrier serving small and micro start-ups.

The project is mainly composed of two standard 3-story factory buildings, one 5-story factory building, sewage treatment facility center, power distribution room and gatekeeper. The buildings are organically combined according to the terrain, and the terrain is kept orderly so as to improve the use efficiency.

Freight transport is the main part of the factory, the most important link is the organization of traffic flow. The project considers setting up a main entrance and a secondary entrance, which are connected with the peripheral roads. The north and south of the base cross the main road, which will become the core road to activate the whole park. Through the orderly traffic organization, the traffic flow of the park will be more concise and effective.

Round fire lane is set around the plant to meet the requirements of fire fighting and traffic and transportation functions.
